عمدة الأحكام – عبد الغني بن عبد الواحد المقدسي ʿUmdat al-Aḥkām – ʿAbd al-Ghanī ibn ʿAbd al-Wāḥid al-Maqdisī

“عمدة الأحكام” للإمام عبد الغني المقدسي (ت600هـ) من أشهر متون الحديث في أحاديث الأحكام، وقد اقتصر فيه على الأحاديث الصحيحة التي اتفق عليها الشيخان (البخاري ومسلم)، فكان بذلك عمدة موثوقة للطالب والمعلّم في فقه الحديث.

الكتاب مرتّب على أبواب الفقه: من الطهارة والصلاة والزكاة، إلى البيوع والمعاملات والحدود، ويُعد من الكتب الأساسية التي تُدرّس في حلقات العلم، ويُحفظ في مراحل الطلب الأولى.

تُعنى كثير من الشروح السلفية بتوضيح معانيه الفقهية واللغوية، واستخراج الفوائد، وبيان مسائل الخلاف، مما جعله مدخلًا متميزًا إلى علم الحديث التطبيقي في الفقه.

“ʿUmdat al-Aḥkām” by Imām ʿAbd al-Ghanī al-Maqdisī (d. 600 AH) is a widely respected ḥadīth compilation focused exclusively on legal rulings, containing only narrations agreed upon by both al-Bukhārī and Muslim.

The book is structured according to fiqh chapters—beginning with purification and prayer, and progressing through zakāh, business transactions, and criminal law.

It serves as an essential manual for students of ḥadīth and fiqh, especially in the early stages of study, due to its conciseness and authenticity.

Salafi scholars have paid particular attention to this text in their teachings and commentaries, using it to demonstrate the legal understanding of the early scholars and to train students in deriving rulings from ḥadīth.
