يُعد كتاب “مذكرة في أصول الفقه” من أشهر المتون المعاصرة في هذا العلم، وقد كتبه العلامة محمد الأمين الشنقيطي (ت1393هـ)، صاحب التفسير المعروف “أضواء البيان”، بأسلوب يجمع بين التحقيق الأصولي والدقة العلمية والإيجاز النافع.

وقد اعتُمد هذا الكتاب في كثير من المعاهد والكليات الشرعية، واعتبره العلماء المختصون مقدمة تأصيلية قوية في أصول الفقه، سهلة العبارة، غنية بالفوائد، ومناسبة لمن أراد الانطلاق في هذا الفن وفق منهج أهل السنة والجماعة.
