رياض الصالحين – يحيى بن شرف النووي Riyāḍ al-Ṣāliḥīn – Yaḥyā ibn Sharaf al-Nawawī

“رياض الصالحين” للإمام النووي (ت676هـ) من أشهر كتب الحديث وأكثرها انتشارًا، وقد جمع فيه المصنّف أحاديث من الصحيحين وغيرهما، مرتبة على الأبواب الفقهية والأخلاقية، تغطي جوانب الدين: العقيدة، العبادات، المعاملات، والآداب والسلوك.

تميّز الكتاب باختياره للأحاديث الجامعة، وحرص المؤلف على تقديم كل باب بآيات من القرآن الكريم، مما يجعله متكاملًا في عرضه ومفيدًا في التزكية والتربية.

حوى أكثر من 1900 حديث، مع شروح متنوعة من العلماء، ويُعد من أهم الكتب المقرّرة في المساجد والمدارس والدورات العلمية، وله أثر كبير في تهذيب النفوس وتصفية السلوك على طريقة أهل السنة والجماعة.

“Riyāḍ al-Ṣāliḥīn” by Imām al-Nawawī (d. 676 AH) is one of the most widely read and beloved collections of ḥadīth in the Muslim world.

It contains over 1,900 authentic narrations selected primarily from Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī and Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, arranged thematically across chapters on creed, worship, dealings, character, and spiritual refinement.

The book is structured with Qur’ānic verses introducing each chapter, followed by carefully chosen ḥadīths that embody core Islamic principles and virtues.

Although authored by an Ashʿarī in creed, the content itself remains broadly accepted, and the book has been widely used in Salafi circles with attention to interpretation. It remains a vital resource for cultivating Islamic manners and spirituality in alignment with authentic texts.
